On February 7th, we kicked off the first working day of the New Year. As a company committed to simplify pet care, transform beloved pets into family, we celebrated the New Year with a lively ‘back to work’ ceremony. Employees received red envelopes, symbolizing good luck and blessings for a prosperous and successful year ahead. This gesture not only honors cultural traditions but also strengthens our positive and supportive work environment.

In the morning, our CEO [Jason] led a strategy session to kick off the year. During the meeting, Jason shared our growth targets and incentive rewards for 2025, highlighting the importance of integrating AI tools into our daily work to boost efficiency. In 2025, Chicos will continue to innovate, offering cost-effective products to our customers, while striving to lower the cost of pet ownership and making it easier for pet lovers to care for their furry companions.

After the meeting, to mark the new beginning, the company chose a fun and scenic farm for our first meal of the year. The stunning natural surroundings created a perfect, relaxing setting for our gathering.

Everyone came together to enjoy a delicious meal, and amidst the laughter, we raised our glasses and united in celebration for another successful year ahead!
